Octanex picked up almost another two million oip in the last week. Whats the deal here? Possibility of a corporate play?

Look what happened to JMS. Wallowing at 15c then along comes a couple of interested players who pushed it to near 40c to get their 19.9%.
So far our predator friend has accumulated just 6%. He needs to buy another 13% to get to the takeover threshold.
Judging by the look of the buy queue he is locked and loaded!
