    Phil, I totally agree with your comments. However, I believe NST will be the one to decide the most appropriate time to make a move (or not) on EAR and not EAR. They will make their decision based on what is best for NST. In making that decision they will consider many things e.g. cost, risk, effect on NST financials, effect on NST share price, does the NST business need it? etc.

    In any case, I believe EAR shareholders will do very well without an NST takeover. In fact I think we will do better of on our own aided b NST know how and specialist skills especially deep mining. As they have a substantial shareholding in EAR there is no reason for NST to withhold such assistance. Having the NST director on our Board is a big plus as he knows Bronzewing and can bring in additional skills from NST as required. All IMO ....
