I could be way off the mark here but i kinda feel like ARV is being hung out to dry a little.
I wonder if PAC will stick with an ARV MOU or partner up with NOVO/DEG (If thats what will happen?)
Facts are the biggest challenge for majority involved is cost involved with setting a plant up. They all can't go it alone. I would be amazed if that happened.
Again - all guess work here so i could be completely wrong. I'm sure there's a lot to play out anyway which will keep shifting the playing field.
