This is probably the 3rd time I have responded re capital raising and audit of NBS:
The capital raised in 2008/9 was immediately passed to the Malaysian subsidiary which became a debtor of the Australian listed company. Probably, they've done the same again with the 2010 capital raising?
PKF subcontracted the audit of foreign subsidiaries to Asian auditors.
In 2009 I commenced an NBS thread on HC "don't ignore the intangibles", with an analysis of NBS accounting for intangibles last year, but it didn't attract much interest.
