Ha ha, just replied to Deboss and this pops up...well looks like they wont be including tin credits within the transport study by the looks of it.
The tin at Manono is essentially a byproduct, so no cut off as its at no cost. AVZ could be producing massive tonnage of tin.
Sub $100m for AVZ makes zero sense to me tbh
