Beginning to wonder if buying more shares in the recent offer...

Beginning to wonder if buying more shares in the recent offer was a good idea. Have holdings from $0.38 to $0.038. At least it brings the average down a bit.
The differing opinions on here make me feel a bit uneasy.
I was given the tip around September 2017 to get involved, my source said "they have everything in place, they are ready to go". Not the case l am gathering....... or is it just the market is down as is the case with PLS, ARU and others.

Probably should do my own research!!
