The right Chairman will change the whole look and feel here.

So far AVZ has been an explorer………… next transition is to populate the board and management with a mining team.

IMO, starting with a chairman with the right CV will highly charge AVZ.

As Scarpa iterates AVZ needs to get into gear, and that’s where the right team will be critical.
