I mentioned it at some stage last year but the same hold true now...

Until the sector itself picks up, any positive announcement is wasted. It'll be traded by retail holders and not affect the share price in the long term.
I know they can't withhold information from the market, but personally I'm hoping any type of company making announcements come at a time when lithium is a little more in favour (think late 2017).
I have no doubt it's coming.
