Europe seems to be stabilizing, we could and should see a bounce of these levels, those buying now will reap the biggest returns....Still some risk, but minimal imo...Dyor..i am adding to my already overweight amount..some say averageing down is not good, it could be good in this as the bounce when it happens willm move quickly.look at the charts u can see when it bounces its short and swift.
