I agree...and I'm more than a little puzzled why we're being subjected to this restructure process. Maybe he is a very nice guy and wants to share ERG's future profits with long-suffering shareholders. If so...well and good...thanks too...

But have to say...he could buy the lot with pocket money....and avoid a lot of complication he doesn't need. So why hasn't he?

Lastly, NSW is getting interesting....will they dust off Tcard again? If not the case for ERG's successful litigation is looking a lot stronger...assuming someone can pay the damages...I'm guessing ERG could be dragged back into the project, and finish it up reasonably quickly, with an appropriate concilatory amount from a humbled NSW govt...LOL...
