The message this sends is that the company will only sell if the price and conditions are right. This is not a fire sale. The company holds many valuable assets that are attractive to many parties, but will not sell them unless they retain management rights and/or they get a price for the assets that mitigates this loss of income. This seems to be a well planned sale process.
