Another observation is the value noted on the BellBay Mill, the $72m investment.

Interesting to note that the third last owner spent approx $220m to set up (the 85 hec. site), fea have purchased off 2nd last owner for under $11m, with the 2007 valuation in the $30-$40m mark.
Seems like a great deal in fea's favour!

Guess market value for this component must be quite some value above 'costs'.

The $0.66c p/s anticipated valuation seems pretty fair.

Great potential, imo.
