UCM Quarterly Financial due towards end of April (I think) should give a good lead on this. The USD/AUD exchange rate will make some difference I believe as I think SpaceLabs Buy is in USD.

They do I believe sell to people other than SpaceLabs.

One important thing that could have a big impact that I know has been discussed at Govt level is the ability to use the USCOM device as a tool to provide more accurate classification of a patients needs at point of hospital entry. The hearts performance (for the first time) can be easily quantified and it reflects the patients urgent needs.
There are big administration savings to be had by working with a known measure of patient health. In addition the fact that drug response can be instantly measured instead of the current practice of waiting "until tomorrow to see if the patient responds" has further potential to streamline hospital administration.

BIG potential to reduce hospital log jams - if only someone takes the time to point this out to the people who make the big decisions.
