looked hard over the weeekend at this one but so very nervous re the mkt. like what you say clac. don't forget the tax losses would make this an ideal shell if the remaining company after restructre failed. not to mention the value of the half share in venture moving forward. little downside. big upside. lousey managment past yrs mi thinks. didn't chase mon at .016. won't chase now but hope some of you get back some hard earnt cash you have seen go west.

i like restructurings. hate rights issues. will remain watching.
