spot on benny. ppa's are in final and binding form and just waiting sign off. offers of finance are being considered (term sheets exchanged). pax has been able to secure $5m funding package in very difficult market conditions, where it dictates when funds drawn and therefore price of shares when issued. I would of thought this was a very positive indicator for our current position - to me it demonstrates that there is confidence by Deer Valley that pax has a future. I'm hanging in and have topped up on paxo's. cant believe people are running for the door.
