Well they used the money from Bergen in the task of completing phase one and getting it into testing/production. I assume the only reason this was not achieved is due to the deal not going through to completion and funds falling short of the amount that was not received by Bergen, so imo they are very close. This is why I am holding and still believe that this company will succeed.
