    Everyone that has done the basics of fundamental analysis on GXY understands, POSCO can buy us for US$1b and they get their US$280m back.

    Offer AU$3.50 per share or AU$1.4B (US$1B) = net cost of US$720 to POSCO. This is peanuts for POSCO, seriously loose change under the couch.

    So why dont they make an offer?

    Simply, they want and need galaxy more than galaxy need POSCO.

    The offer must be a cracker.
