Incredible sums being spent. Hard to know what they will do with all this extra steel. But anyone who invests 7Billion is not going to let the plant sit idle. RIV is obviously a strong candidate to supply c.coal to Posco. SP continues to gain ground. Funding of the scheme is now next major item along with details re logistics. Am still on hols in Cape Town and papers here continue with commentary that RSA is heading for major power shortage within 2 years.
