Personally, I do not think the signing will cause any great increase in sp initially. There will likely be an increase but, any large life changing increase is still a fair ways off.

It should however give comfort to those of us who are soooo desperate for some good news and give us a little hope for the future. If South 32 find little, then the others who are lined up are likely to disappear also.

These companies are staid and very cautious and will not do anything until the last of the time is used up.
Who knows, there could be nuclear war next week and they would then still be able to pull back.

What has happened with AQD & S32 should be studied by holders before getting too excited here.
