I don't think the market is blind to it they must have noticed some individuals taking stations, I think its a waiting game they can run in at the last moment with a big vacuum cleaner and suck up a 100 millions shares easily at these prices. The signing is the key here, once signing happens we should see some movement hopefully in the correct direction. It will all unfold if it doesn't we are all left hold the egg be it rotten who knows.
