    Hasn't rallied yet. Just getting ready. Obviously a buyer is off screen trying to find some volume. Hasn't found it yet. That's why I think 3.5 cents is next level

    I'm a believer that they will raise money soon but it will be at 10-15 cents implying the stock is 20-30 cents.
