Think you are correct, they are sling market share and threat isn't going to change any time soon , the flood gates have already opened and they are taking on water. They need to find new revenue streams and harness the website traffic to plug in other products. Advertising revenue on site is obvious, second use their email list to push deals and claim commissions. It's really sad that they didn't really go for the jugular back in the early internet days and become a competitor to flighcentre.

There's been very little innovation up until a few years ago when they introduced the wot flights. Apart from that they've been playing catch up and just copying competitors moves. Now the Americans are going to eat their lunch. Wouldn't touch it to save myself.
