Markie, WEB has said they will have the same earnings as previous results, and they are on s PE/r of 28.15, according to tradingroom.com.au:

Persistently high PE/r for WEB- not sure why. There was some discussion of WTF taking over WEB- maybe a takeover premium is built in to WEB, but still too high a ratio for "value" as yet. FLT trading around 18 PE/r.

WTF not giving forward guidance is a worry, yes. The market might be waiting for the other shoe to drop.
