Sounds like sour grapes to me. That she may have previously been allowed some influennce in the programming and other things might very well be regarded as career development in letting someone show what they are capable of rather than a stipulated duty to which was employed to do.
May be Stan Grant had little to do with her because she does not appeal to him as someone he wants to be friendly with. Hey, you are allowed to dislike someone so long as it does not affect your professionalism.
