If that's the case then you are implying that the Frazer-Castledine axis had procured and provided AUR's proprietary data and IP for SFR, which would be well illegal. More skullduggerous shennanigans have happened in the past, of course, but it's probably a bit too much of a risk for SFR to be in reciept of hot data off the back of the old Geology Truck, versus having a strategic advantage in the region (deep pockets) and just waiting their chance to farm in in the usual manner.
They are quite the cool customers when approached with hot drill targets that they haven't produced themselves, though quite good at actually drilling the same targets once they come up with the idea on their own later. That's fairly normal - you hardly want to admit you drilled an area that someone in 1996 wrote down to was a good spot, it hardly gets you explorer of the year now, does it?
