Was tempted to sell on Friday but have decided to hold.

I think (hope) a revised better offer from Equifax comes. I think there's scope for a higher bid due to the all cash offer, depreciating AUD and opportunity to enter a new market with a dominant position.

Don't anticipate a competing bid from Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) or Experian.
Experian seem content to building their own business and D&B Australia and New Zealand was recently sold to Archer Capital.
