    Bozena - Yes I think it will be interesting to see how Buddy Management will deal with the SPP.......

    I assume Buddy are now firmly in the driving seat for control of the CR and SPP.....

    Buddy Mangt. must have had some influence on leaving the POK SP on hold - at 20cents - at the suspension of POK trading this week......

    Just makes it look too tempting for POKO holders to exercise and convert at NIL brokerage cost........

    Especially if there is uncertainty on the level of scale-back on the allocation of shares under the SPP......

    My own thoughts are that Buddy Mangt. will allow the Minimum Claimants (OptionE) to have first bite with their FULL allocations.....

    Then Options from D up to A will be scaled back - pro-rata - in line with clause (F).......

    The Shortfall and Scaleback Clause - as set out in the SPP letter below .........

    I'm pretty confident of getting my modest allocation - but what do I know......
