The SPP has not been fully subscribe at all at this stage. As no offer document has been sent to individual shareholders nothing has been subscribed in terms of SPP.
Each shareholder will be eligible to subscribe for up to $15,000 worth of shares at 10cps = 150,000 max shares when SPP is ratified. This SPP will likely be heavly oversubscribed then. I suspect the maximum will be scaled back. At this stage SPP and CR need to be ratified at AGM next Monday 9th Nov.
At preopen Monday 9th Nov the shares POK and POKO will be suspended
