Surely they would be crazy to let the options expire unexercised. Massive waste of an opportunity that would bode well for all parties...
Dave if you are reading this (and i know you do) please encourage the POK team to encourage option holders to convert... even an offer of piggy back options would still be better than letting these dissappear and having to CR...
