3. No client names in the POK/Buddy presentation claiming commercial sensitivity requests from clients- even though the names had previously been made public by Buddy (with obvious permission from clients)
4. No clear desire to get the options over the line and fund Buddy will millions of dollars of cash.

I wonder who the cheap capital raising will go to?
