They don't want to, they have their own plans here they are not looking out for current holders, to them current holders are more of an inconvenience than an asset.
Think about it why raise at 10 cents, why not 12 cents or 14 cents etc, with the asx rules 10 cents is the lowest they could go, if they could raise at 5 cents i am sure they would have.
If your unsure think about this with the raise price doubling why are they still issuing the same amount of shares, they could cut the dilution for holders and themselves, but they don't want to why, they have a plan and a use for all those shares, a plan which doesn't look after current holders.
