Punters have to note, using the shares on issue & to be issued, we're looking at nearly 1 Billion shares at the end of the process. This includes current stock + the 500 mill for the purchase + performance shares + options etc etc.

So diluted market cap will be around $200 million at 20c (approx).

To me it's getting a little expensive for this early stage, I'd want to see some new biz announcements to justify that market cap.....

Calibre of board looks great, and the IoT space is just warming up - question is - how quickly can they execute? Long term hold from here.
