While 1b shares is accurate in the current draft proposal taking into account all the options, I'm not applying this calculation myself
if the share price is higher than 5c, then capital raising to raise $7.5m will require issuing less than 150m shares, probably something to the effect of 50m shares
i'm almost tempted to just discount the current 20c options, pretty unlikely they will get exercised but we'll see
proposed performance rights of 100m new shares are kind of irrelevant for now
so my own calculations are
120m current shares
+ 500m new shares
+ 50m capital rising
+ 40m new options
