There could be plenty of positive news flow over the suspension period, and when trading reopens as BUD it could gap up to 30c
Similar scenario with AZK, got sold down hard close to suspension but within days of relisting as BRN it was 25c
Big option buyer today can still enter POK at 20c right up to 30th November via his option holding, although he is actually paying 21c cos he paid 1c for the option to do so.
