    The SPP Record Date which is early October(Holders before this date eligible for SPP participation) was released in Prospectus which came out 3/11/2015 so what you're saying is people pushing up to 27c on 8/11/2015 is trying to get a piece of the SPP pie?

    I would be really careful if I were you when it comes to investing your money.
