I'm not advocating either way, but seeing as the placement has only been handed out to a very select few, wouldn't it be looked upon relatively unfavorably for those few to unload on relisting? The companies that did manage to get a sizeable parcel from the raising probably got less than they wanted and would have to have been fairly close to the parties involved, so for them to unload whatever they got would be a kick to the face to whoever hooked them up in the first place.

Day One: X broker biggest seller of stock and caused price to plummet (i dont think anyone got enough shares to even make this happen but whatever)

X broker is not going to be getting much of the next highly sought after and high profile cash raising....

Anyway just my thoughts
