No disrespect intended but how can you ignore the escrow shares in a valuation? They exist and there is a lot of them so they need to be factored now to see where the market cap really lies. I would agree that as they are escrowed and hopefully in safe long term hands the 'damage' is minimised a bit but I think it's misleading to say POK's market cap is $20 million. With close to a billion shares on the register a 35 cent share price would put the real market cap closer to $350 million.
'Buddy' certainly has me intrigued and the part I'm struggling with right now is exactly what I outlined above, what is a fair value? There's obviously enormous potential but with factoring in everything the real market cap is significantly higher than it appears so I'm conscious of getting caught buying near the top. Would love to hear what other people think a fair market cap would be given the limited information available at this point in time.
