The Company stated the the SPP would be allocated on an equitable basis. I don't have any issue at all with that. The issue is, what is "equitable"?
Scenario number 1 - every shareholder receives an equal allocation to every other shareholder.
Scenario number 2 - a shareholder who has invested 1,000,000 shares in the Company receives 60,000 shares in the allocation (40% of the maximum allocation) , and a shareholder who has invested 2,000 shares in the company also receives 60,000 shares in the allocation.
Where is the equity - scenario 1 or 2?
Due to your previous personal attack I would prefer if "illywhacker" stayed out of the debate.
This is not an attempt at division amongst shareholders rather a vexing issue that I have been struggling with.
