if the company requires shareholder spread they would say along the lines of:
for every 4 shares held you are entitled to 1 SPP share to a max of $15000 rounded.


if the company does not requires shareholder spread they would say along the lines of:
for every 1 shares held you are entitled to 1 SPP share to a max of $15000 rounded.
