If this is all about POK friendlies being able to get set cheaply (which I think it is) and given they know much more that Joe Public at this stage, there is actually quite a good chance that even the options will be in the money prior to 30 Nov.
The last trading halt, and the "we know nothing" response is not a POK disgrace, but an ASIC and ASX one because of the level of due diligence that has been performed so far... Its crap to say they know nothing, they know everything, but they didnt want to get too much excitement in the stock yet.
