1PG is worth 20 times more today than the IPO one year ago. Their trading during the months prior to the re-listing was 50% higher than the IPO.
From today's announcement:
"Due to the confidential nature of these agreements, specific terms of many of these agreements cannot be revealed. Buddy will, wherever possible, share details of new agreements with shareholders – and will detail the agreements currently in place for shareholders in the forthcoming prospectus (October 23rd)."
