This POK board is only concerned about getting set their own connections and relationships and don't give a damn about existing shareholders. Some of us have very large holdings in POK.
Not even an update or results of DD, telling us to go and find it ourselves.
I've said this numerous times their may be a conflict of interest and I do hope Armada Capital is not the lead manager IMO DYOR!
