Here is my understanding of the reverse takeover after all share are issued. Screen shot immediately below was taken from yesterdays ann.





So after all types of shares are issued we have approx 764m shares undiluted and 971m share fully diluted.

So, here below is the mcap both undiluted and fully diluted at various prices.  Question is really what do you think this company is worth?

Current price is around 22c .  So is its Mcap is approx. $213m  right now.

If you think this is cheap you should buy if you think expensive you should not.

Pretty simple really.

I'm in the latter camp ... I may miss  again (did miss out at 12.5c)  but risk way too high now too high IMHO

If I had a position I would be offloading into the Impulse buyers about now...  Just IMHO Only of course
