    This is a combination of both due to management squeezing time and constriction the move to the last few days before prospectus and AGM. Very good move for existing holders. In hindsight management have maintained news well.

    Something that was anticipated a while ago.

    At ~3M volume, the serious volume hasnt kicked it.

    FOMO.
