Thanks GT, I haven't had much luck with stops as I was setting them just above support instead of just below.. So they would hit my stop and then bounce back up and I would be at a loss and have to buy in higher. When I set the closer they always get hit in the volatility and then the price goes higher... So should I set them just below the support so that if it is broken I will have a stop in place?

With the trailing stop losses I set one for pok to trigger at 24 and have a four cent trail but when setting it up they state that the sell price I will get will more than likely be 3 pips below the trading price when my stop loss is triggered..ie. Making it a 5.5 stop loss..

Going any less than four cents with the volatility seems to be setting yourself up to be stopped out in a normal trading range.. This is where I get confused on the best method to set them... Obviously if you are close to your target price to sell you would have a very tight stop loss... But if you are wanting to trade a rising price for a while until it turns then you don't want to be stopped out too soon..

Any thoughts on my dilemma or am I just not seeing the first because of the trees....!??

    Thanks for your time..
