    Well, first the existing retail holders have to lose all hope and discard their shares at bargain prices.
    Then those with a long term outlook will have all the shares they can get, and we can move on.

    I suspect we're not quite there yet...
    I suspect we won't get there until price breaks down to somewhere between 5-10c
