I wanted to understand the likely size and scale of any capital raising [CR] that might be needed when the time comes.

From what you say it looks like any CR will mainly be directed towards the creation of manpower, admin and HQ resources to support and maintain the planned exponential growth of the business.

The costs involved in data mining, interpretation, storage and retrieval will be an operating cost, closely matched with receiving revenues, and will not require capital expenditure.
Hope you are right. Sounds logical to me.
