Quanta, not usual for Board to release full results of DD - it was a yes, that is all that is important.
Yes, would be nice to hear more info on Buddy - I expect there will be a little more revealed when we receive the Notice of Meeting and voting papers. I think under the ASX listing rules they need to include some info on expected revenue and profitability of the new group / business... ??

Until then though there is probably not much to say.. and we know what the critics would say if they said something that said nothing...
