Broker is accumulating the heads from weak hands and same time keeping the SP for CR pump.. I have seen this over and over again.

its very simple if POK was to get options converted they would have given more details of DD. broker is in the engine room and for POK there is no guarantee people will convert although it may be slighty in the money. many only buy options to trade and not to convert. secondly you need to have $$$$ to convert.

that's why company take easy option in most cases to make a deal with the broker
