PS Another point is that Poison Pills are for the benefit of management, not shareholders. Most shareholders will be disadvantaged by this entire messy play for AZX.
I'm not siding with one or the other, as both carry responsibility. All the talk about what's in the best interests of shareholders is just nonsense. What counts to these guys is what's in their best interests. Shareholders second place, as usual. The sp is beginning to reflect this sorry fact ie a shrinking TO premium.
More downside to come imo
